Timeline of Events

Month 10, Turn 12

• Day 25 - Thread falls on Crom Hold and is met by Reachian wings Avalanche, Hailstorm, Snowstrike with Icicle flying resupply. Damage is minimal.
• Day 28 - At the hatching of Nabrimeth and Wrencath's clutch, R'hin and Lord Crom discuss a few matters in private to the point both conspicuously miss the hatching feast celebration afterwards.

Month 4, Turn 13

• Day 28 - Olwyn's Aleith rises in her maiden flight and is caught by bronze Sareith, ridden by Telgar's Gr'din.

Month 5, Turn 13

• Day 11 - R'hin has continued disagreements with Lord Crom leading to some unrest in the area. Primarily of Crom's refusal to shut down their outlaying mines.
• Late - Telgar Weyr is called to fly Thread over the Woodcraft Hall.
• Fall

Month 6, Turn 13

• Day 1 - Lord Crom begins a casual courting of Telgar
• Day 28 - Telgar's Aleith clutches 12 eggs.

Month 7, Turn 13

• Day 28 - A High Reaches watchrider spots Thread on the horizon and sends mental warning back to his Weyr. / Lord Crom sends a private missive to Telgar's Weyrleaders. They decide to act first, think later, given the pleading contents of the letter and take their wings to fly over Crom.
• BBPOST: Logs:Chaos at Crom
• Public knowledge: Rumors, lots of them flying around that don't make much more sense than a Fall was flown by two Weyrs who were as surprised as anyone else to be flying together.
• Fall: High Reaches and Telgar meet in a Fall that leads to casualties on both sides. The two Weyrleader pairs do not speak to each other and instead retire to their respective Weyrs to puzzle out the matter alone first.
• Aftermath: Telgar: Telgar decomps and rumors begin to fly, but as the Weyrleader has retired quickly and quietly to brood over his own thoughts, no real answers are forthcoming.
• Weyrleaders in the Records Room: Gay finds E'tyn hunting down information. They decide to tell the wingleaders and 'seconds the truth of the situation, that Lord Crom sent them a request to come fight Thread.
• Aftermath: High Reaches: Rumors begin to fly that Telgar was deliberately at Crom: To sabotage? To...? What? Even the most reasonable of people have been heard to grouse about the last Fall and what the leadership plans to do.

Month 8, Turn 13

• Day 11
• Age Old Struggles: The Masterharper visits High Reaches to speak with the Weyrwoman.
• Day 13
• Its a Talent: The Weyrsecond comes across I'daur in the living caverns, conversation inevitably turns to the Crom Fall
• Day 17
• Concerns Addressed: The Weyrsecond seeks out Journeywoman Emmi to discuss any way in which the FEWS might have had a part in the Crom disaster.
• Day 21
• Meeting with Telgar Weyr: The Masterharper visits Telgar Weyr to speak with the Weyrleaders.
• An afternoon visiting with V'lano: T'bay visits Ista Weyr and passes along the general situation to V'lano.
• Day 23
• After Meeting with Lord Crom: The Masterharper visits Crom Hold to speak with Lord Crom. Vignette detailing the Masterharper's reaction.

Month 10, Turn 13

• Day 11 - Crom's tithe arrives at Telgar, to general consternation.

• Weyrharpers And Information : How best to extract information from Telgar's weyrharper on the tithing situation.

• Day 28 - Aleith and Sareith's eggs hatch.
• Hatching: Eggs hatch and then bond to their Impressee. Pt. 1 Pt. 2
• Feast Afterwards: Tiriana needles Reachians about their situation.

Month 11, Turn 13

• Day 1
• Thirion & Milani : Apprentice Harper Thirion and Milani mention the issues with Crom briefly while chatting in the Common Room at High Reaches.
• Dinner & Diplomacy : Some Weyrlings, Telgar's Weyrharper and the Weyrsecond's niece discuss the Crom Issue including possible 'diplomatic' solutions.
• Drunken Diplomat : Haisen has her own (drunken) take on how diplomacy with the Reaches should be handled. It involves Bitran brandy.

• Early Month 11
• Crom's Tithe to Telgar : The Masterharper visits Telgar again and provides counsel to the Weyrwoman on how to handle Crom's tithe to Telgar.

• Day 11
• Diplomacy Done Wrong : Giremi is on a diplomatic visit to High Reaches, but his sidekick Tiriana is not making the diplomacy part easy from the moment they arrive.

• Day 21
• Swing : Tiriana continues to make friends at High Reaches, then gets punchy.

• Day 26
• A Hint in the Records : Journeyman Giremi and Apprentice Thirion find a hint regarding Crom's coverage history in Reaches' unsorted Records.

• Day 28
• Real Diplomatic Missions : Giremi confronts Tiriana about the incident with A'son.
• Another Eye : Satiet handles Tiriana on her own level.

Month 12, Turn 13

• Day 2
• Hypocrite : B'yan and Tiriana talk about the situation and snipe.

• Day 6
• N'thei and Amerie : A chance meeting with Amerie, a new arrival from Crom, hatches a plan.

• Day 11
• Gay and Tiriana : Gay calls Tiriana to ask WTF? and sort of gets some answers.
• Booze Thief : Giremi goes over what happened at the High Reaches and the find in the Records there as well as waxing bitter about Tiriana's 'misstep' to Haisen.
• Day 12 or so
• Reporting to Gay: Giremi reports to Gay about the findings at the Reaches.
• Day 21
• Records Room Tete a Tete : The Masterharper calls on the Reaches unofficially to confirm some details of the others' findings and encounters the Weyrwoman. Telling her what he knows does not go well.

Month 1, Turn 14

• Day 11
• Ensuring Amerie's Promotion : Satiet agrees to promote the new Cromese girl, Amerie, and put her in charge of the Cromcoal rations at High Reaches.
• Day 21
• Oversimplifying : Gay pesters R'uen for his opinions.
• A meeting of goldriders : The Telgari weyrwomen talk about reports and - what else - Crom.
• Day 28
• Caught Red-Handed : N'thei brings a shipment of ill-gotten cromcoal to High Reaches Weyr, but he gets caught while he's delivering the goods, and Jolak becomes a grudging party to the conspiracy.

Month 2, Turn 14

• Day 6
• Confidence : A'zan and Gay run into each other, and fall into somewhat serious conversation, some of which is about the situation.
• Day 7
• A'son and N'thei at the Minehold : N'thei and A'son set to making sure the Reaches is a bit warmer.
• Day 28 - A Trade Fair is held at Crom Hold as a cover for negotiations.
• Boom : The Telgari and High Reaches Weyrleaders meet with Lord Crom, and without. It does not go well.
• During and after the meetings, Telgari and Reachians mingle with some little tension.

• Research and Rumours : Giremi's still researching; when Gay comes in, he's a few questions about what happened at the fair.

• So. Diplomacy. : Gay tries to lecture Telgar's weyrlings on diplomacy with a straight face.

Month 4, Turn 14

• Early in the month
• BBPOST: Logs:A New Face
• Day 6
• Quiet-Like : N'thei's got a mission for Milani and Amerie involving a list of interesting goods.
• Day 11
• When is it enough? : A'son, Amerie, and N'thei discuss when enough is enough, and they agree to one more "big raid" on Crom Hold.

Month 5, Turn 14

• Day 21-22
• Logs:To Catch A Thief : Telgar riders, aided by Crom guards, catch a trio of disgruntled Reachians breaking-and-entering at Crom Hold.
• To Catch A Thief - TGW POV : Same as above, but from A'zan's point of view, including some Telgar dragon chatter.

• Day 22
• Vigilante Justice : Telgar's Weyrwoman and Weyrlingmaster have some issues with the vigilantes.
• Dignity : Satiet visits N'thei in the holding cells of Crom.
• Angels of Mercy and Yellow-Bellied Traitors : Milani, Amerie, and B'yan visit the prisoners.
• Covering Tracks : Milani and Amerie fix ledgers and discuss the botched raid.
• I Need You : Satiet comes to I'daur with a request: take the fall for the raiders.

• Day 23
• The Political Situation : New Reachian goldrider Jaispe, received in trade from Igen when Josilina became senior there, gets the low-down on Crom, and more rumors begin about the prisoners.

• Day 25
• Tiger by the Tail : A'zan, with R'uen as back-up, goes to Crom to taunt N'thei.

• Day 26
• Classy Visitor : Jaispe stops by the prison to visit the captives, and gets more than she bargained for in meeting A'son.
• BBPOST: Logs:Gone South - After the permanent injury of a Monaco gold, High Reaches sends junior Tavrie and Nabrimeth to fill the hole. Almost immediately, rumors of heavyhanded negotions begin, telling how Monaco will be sending High Reaches 'tithes' of fruit and goods for the next half-turn in exchange for their generosity.
• Day 27
• Sacrificial Lamb : Satiet informs N'thei of the 'new' plan and how I'daur will be given in lieu of harsher punishment for all.
• Day 28
• Making Nice : Unsurprisingly, Gay fails to make any friends when looking in on the Reachian prisoners before release.

• Day 1
• Welcome Home, N'thei : After imprisonment.
• Day 21
• Crime and Punishment : Gay discusses fairness and punishment with Tiriana, who isn't happy. But when is she ever?

Month 7, Turn 14

• Day 1
• The Traitor : Shanlee and N'thei argue over the traitor.
• What's Coming to Him : B'yan finally gets what's coming to him?
• Day 2
• Last Favor : Amerie has a visitor in N'thei who, as usual, comes to ask favors - and oddly, demands changes in the decor.

Month 12, Turn 14

• Day 28
• Fight and Flights : High Reaches gets a Turn's End present of a new Weyrleader.

Month 6, Turn 15

• Day 11
• Clutching Feast : Teonath clutches 19 eggs at High Reaches Weyr.

Month 7, Turn 15

• Day 26 - R'uen of Telgar and B'yan of High Reaches meet to discuss a potential solution to the ongoing problem of Crom. They agree to the idea that Telgar will assume the Minehall and High Reaches will take over Crom Hold.
• Late - Shanlee brings the terms of the B'yan/R'uen agreement to N'thei, who (reluctantly) agrees to the terms.

Month 8, Turn 15

• Early/Mid - R'uen and B'yan meet to confirm their Weyrleaders have accepted the terms.
• Day 28
• Hatching: Teonath's and Wyaeth's 19 eggs hatch at High Reaches Weyr. Pt. 1 Pt. 2 Breakfast Afterward
• Gay and N'thei meet to agree to formally agree to the terms laid out by B'yan and R'uen.

Month 9, Turn 15

• Early - High Reaches Weyr prepares to fight threadfall at Crom Hold with the exact date and time unknown. Lord Crom will not permit High Reaches dragons to land at the Hold, but sweeps are kept up constantly over the area.
• Day 16
• After 'Fall : The Reachians meet back in the bowl after their first threadfall over Crom in more than two turns.
• Day 28
• Taking Back What's Ours : After learning that the Cromese tithe is headed toward Telgar rather than the Reaches, the two Weyrs work together to cut-off the tithe and turn it around toward High Reaches Weyr.
